We are thrilled to share the latest update on our journey to launch the first Hercules Construction Academy! Based in Warwickshire, our academy is poised to make a significant impact on the local area and the entire UK construction industry.
Behind the scenes, there has been tremendous progress. We have successfully completed the demolition phase, thanks to our contractor DSM Demolition Limited and their dedicated site team for their outstanding efforts.
Currently, our phase one internal refurbishment is underway, led by the skilled professionals from Apollo Commercial Interiors.
We are on track to have our new team operating from the facility by the end of October, and training courses will commence shortly after that. Stay tuned for more updates as we finalise our comprehensive suite of training programs.
We recognise the industry’s challenges related to skills shortage and are confident that our academy will play a pivotal role in addressing these challenges. We look forward to sharing this momentous journey with employers, suppliers, manufacturers, and training providers. Together, we can deliver the very best in construction training throughout the UK.
