Use of information

Recruitment and ongoing employment

As part of our recruitment process we collect personal data relating to job applicants. We collect a range of information including:

• Name, address and contact details
• Qualifications, skills, experience, current remuneration etc.
• Information and documentation regarding your entitlement to work in the UK

This information will be collected in a variety of ways including CVs, application forms (including our online forms), via telephone or email. Information will be collected directly from the candidate/employee therefore will be obtained consensually from the individual. The data is being collected to ensure as a business we meet our legal and contractual obligations. Data will be stored in a controlled manner with limited access to the records. The data will be stored on individuals personnel file, in the Hercules HR database and within our IT system.

If you are applying for a particular job role (either as an existing employee or applicant) then the information may be shared with the associated Client for the purpose of matching you to the role, personal data collected online will not be shared for any other reason without your consent.
