In November 2019 we ran an industry first initiative on the M4 Smart Motorway Scheme to support our client Balfour Beatty Vinci. Hercules offered, free of charge, a flu vaccination to all 800 people on the project. In total, 200 individuals opted to have the jab, which provided significant cost savings to the project.
This was subsequently rolled out to the M20 Smart Motorway Scheme for Taylor Woodrow.
Initiatives such as this are industry leading and are proof of our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
