With the stresses of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic mixed with the usual stresses of a busy site our Site Supervisor created a “Wellbeing” space within the site compound for the A2 Bean to Ebbsfleet project workforce. With its socially distanced seating arrangement and calming setting which includes a water feature, we have provided a tranquil, safe space for the project workforce to take some time to relax and look after their mental health.
In addition to providing a dedicated area for mental wellbeing, our team work hard to raise general
awareness of issues surrounding mental and physical health. From arranging regular deliveries of fruit for the project workforce to delivering regular “Tea and Talk” sessions, Hercules go the extra mile to ensure our workforce, and everybody on the projects we work on, are safe, happy and healthy.
